Hello, I am selling my 2016 CBR 500R. It was purchased from Tracy Motorsport new on December 2016 and I have the original purchase receipt. I am the title holder and have all the proper documentation up to date, bike is registered til December this year. All in all, I have all the documentations at hand for interested parties, if you need some verification, please feel free to send me a message.It was stolen from my driveway on Oct, 5th last week and it was promptly recovered by Stockton CHP on Friday of the same week. Though the thief only had less than 48 hours with my bike, unfortunately some modifications had been done to it. As right now, the engine is still in good shape, as matter of fact I rode it out of the Stockton CHP station on Saturday. It is still a clean title as damages are cosmetic only and the bike is in perfectly functional state; there is also no check engine lights, no amber warning lights or anything indicating potential faulty engine.Noticeable damages include 1) the ignition has been punched out (can be turned on via a screw driver)2) the right-hand side turn signal has been taken out3) the grip bar knobs have been taken out, rear tire is bad shape but functional4) numerous scratches on the cover and fairingPlease feel free to send me any question; if you need a photocopy of the policy report and case report, I will be gladly provide via messages.Thank you for checking the page outOn Oct-19-18 at 23:24:21 PDT, seller added the following information: Q&AA: yes i have the title and it's under my name, it was stolen on Wednesday and recovered on Friday. I did report the incident to insurance. However, I call them on Monday and they told me the title of the bike should remained unchanged because it was recovered in less than 48 hours.
