Vehicle Detail

2010 Porsche Turbo The car received a New PDK transmission replaced under warranty. 10/2018 The transferable warranty runs until 71K miles. (Transmission was making a grinding sound during downshifting). The transmission was replaced by our local dealer with new factory parts. This means the car will have a fresh PDK transmission with a brand new dual clutch. It has been maintained by a Franchise dealer since purchase. We do all services required and recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty coverage is Protective Asset Protection:This Platinum VIP warranty has a $200 Deductible and It is transferable $75, expires at 71,791 miles or 6/29/19 It is the Platinum Plan which was the most expensive and fully loaded. To be clear: I have had numerous questions about the transmission and have been asked for clarification. A Porsche certified Master mechanic at Franchised Porsche Dealership (Stevinson Porsche) will be installing a brand new (not used, not remanufactured) crate transmission. I purchased it in 2016. The previous owners of the car purchased the car from Bellvue Porsche where it was originally sold and also maintained. We are a firm believer in maintenance we follow the manufacturer's guidelines and every service required as requested by our service advisor. This car has a huge list of options. The car does show wear on the regular places for a 65,000-mile. Rear seats have been removed for Porsche Tequipment Stainless Steel roll bar. The car has a clear bra on the front bumper, hood, fenders. We are getting the car detailed on Friday and will have updated photos shortly. Priced to sell with 66K miles. I went through the car today. I own 10 supercars and all of them get driven. So I had to spend some time going through the car to figure out what needs to be addressed. It needs a handful of TLC items.- Speaker in the dash is loose and creating a noise. (The previous owner installed a high-end audio system amps, etc in the trunk - Bonus) - Front splitter needs to be repainted. I did not install paint protection film after I had it repainted. It needs to be repainted as it is peppered from rock chips. I would respray all of the rockers and skirt parts at the same time. The rest of the front end was covered in PPF since the time I purchased the car so it has managed to escape rock chips and what not.- There is one nickle size ding on the hood that Paintless dent removal can remove- Wheels need to be refinished one wheel has a 5" section fo curb rash. I would have them all repainted at one time- Seat belt tensioner is weak. I would replace the seat belt with a new unit (I will have these replaced under warranty)- Rear bumper needs to be adjusted it has a hairline crack in the paint near the edge on the corner passenger side.- Front bumper has bumper plugs where the front plate would be placed they need to be re-seated or replaced as they pop out a bit. - Stevinson Porsche will be replacing the transmission under warranty as the current transmission is making a grinding noise on downshift. We expect the crate transmission to be delivered from Germany next week. Has it been tracked? It has never been tracked. We only use the car on public roads. I own a Supercar Rally Tour company in Golden Colorado. It is one of the cars that we use on our Rally Tour that is lead by a guide in the Golden Gate Canyon State Park. Although we do not operate in inclimate weather the car does go out in the winter when the roads are dry. Our roads do not get salt but they get sand. Which is why the Front splitter has been painted twice. It will need it again. I should have had it covered in PPF when I bought it like the rest of the front end. I have priced the car accordingly based on the areas that need to be addressed by the new owner. Aftermarket: Tequipment Rollbar, H&R Lowering Springs, Techart Light rings, Escort 9500CI. Stereo equipment amps and EQ equipment in Trunk. Subwoofer in footwell behind Drivers and passenger back seat. DM me for Full CarFax report (Which is Clean). It does show maintenance history too.
