1976 Cadillac Eldorado11,300 Actual mile - Time Capsule - Original Car Up for sale is an amazingly original and correct 1976 Eldorado in fantastic condition. When I say original I am referring to factory paint, chrome, interior, and engine compartment. Really everything except battery and fluids. The tires are original, the belts are original, the hoses are original, the spark plugs, the wires.... you get the picture. The interior even smells new. I purchased the car from the estate of the original owner who was a General Motors executive with a car collection. The car was properly stored, occasionally driven and shows as new. It comes with a cover. The Eldorado is well optioned included leather seats, 8-track tape player, power passenger seat, tilt wheel, cruise control, illuminated entry, carpeted mats, power trunk, twilight sentinel, etc. The car runs and drives excellent, everything works perfectly except for temperamental clock. The air conditioning is still on R12 and blows cold and the power antenna works great. The condition of the car is simply stunning, it has the best paint I have seen on a 1976 Cadillac, it is deep and shines very well. There is zero rust on the car, the chrome looks great, the interior and the trunk show as new. The steering wheel wood-grain is excellent, the red carpets are bright and new looking, not sun faded as is often the case. Firethorn Red with red leather is a great color combination for this car. The car was treated to Ziebart rust proofing when new so the complete chassis and inner panels have been protected and show no rust. I have included lots of pictures below, but if I have missed something you want to see just ask, or contact me for an in-person inspection. The only notable flaw is a small ding (size of a pencil eraser) on the left front fender near the peak, the photos of it are included but it's hard to see. Also, the rear bumper fillers are starting to show some age.
