Thats under 5,000 miles per year average.. If you do your research you will find out that 84K on a Lincoln 4.6 liter is nothing. Look at any Lincoln limousine in livery service and you will find them with 250, 330 up to 600,000 miles and still going! They are bullet proof engines. With its 4 speed transmission and fuel injected 4.6 liter V-8 engine, you can expect about 20 mpg high way. Not bad for a 22 foot long vehicle. From its Elk grain white top over this clean solid California rust free body and clean body trim lines to its larger timeless Towncar desired style just makes it that much more in demand. Paint is nice with some rear bumper scuffs. From the nice original dark blue leather seating, power door locks, drivers express down power window, automatic lighting, tilt wheel, cruise control, fuel economy & trip control read outs, front & side mounted air bags, dual vanity mirrors, power mirrors just make it that much nicer to drive.. The casket bay is original formal window drapes and clean, not torn or worn interior upholstery and its black canyon marble like flooring with all of its rollers, skid plates and bier pins complete and order. Beautiful shadow box lighting and external side coach lamps just makes it that much more elegant for those evening funeral services. Power ant-lock brakes are nice as well as its Michelin white wall tires (older but good) smooth suspension up front with its air ride for our special guest. Rear suspension lowers down for unloading those heavier caskets. FYI.. when not driven or started for a few days, rear suspension will lower down on its own. Once started, the air ride will raise up to its normal position. I know this bc I got a phone number out of him and spoke to him for 58 minutes to see if he was a real buyer/bidder and he promised he was but he sounded very confused, not sure of him self, couldnt answer any mortuary legal questions when I asked him. I should know, I work in the bizz for 32 yrs!! He thought I would just hop in the hearse and drive it to him!! I told him to fly out and "HE" drive it home. He freaked out a bit and said he,d never driven a hearse in his 15 years of funeral business.. What kinda mortuary owner has never driven a HEARSE???
