No Reserve Auction The Chevy-built 250 cu in (4.1 lt.) "Action-Line" six cylinder engine starts right up and runs extremely well. The idle is smooth. The engine does not smoke or make any apparent unusual noises. The entire drive train is solid and tight. The two-speed Jetaway automatic transmission was still available with the automatic transmission shifts properly into all gears The steering, brakes and suspension are in good working order. -Nice Olds rally wheels. All four tires hold air but will need replacement-Fuel gauge, radio, wipers and turn signals will need attentionThe overall appearance of this Olds gets high marks for having a tremendous amount of character and patina. Cosmetically the car is attractive! There are various imperfections such as dings, chips, scratches, discoloration, scrapes, blistering/corrosion (mostly on the frame, dash, small area on floor boards, and trunk, please see photos), hazing, fading, clear coat peeling, nicks, etc..... The frame has rust and it is pictured below. Solid quarter panels, rockers, floors and wheel wells.-Front windshield has a star shaped crack, and windshield wiper impressions The interior is in good shape (see pics).-Nice dash, carpeting and seats.
