1992 Cadillac Allante. One of only 1,600 produced that year. 4.5 liter V8 (not Northstar). Only driven in good weather. I have replaced the following on the car in the last 5 years: New Radiator, new water pump, new alternator, new air conditioning compressor and air lines, new calipers, rotors, brake and fuel lines. New tires, new catalytic converter, new starter. New passenger side window switch. Replacement Digital Information system. Replacement ECM, rebuilt distributor with new Delco parts. When I purchased it from the previous owner 5 years ago, he replaced the Bosh master cylinder with a new unit. About $800 just for the parts. Car rides and drives beautifully. Don't wish to sell the car, but have another project car that I am restoring. The only things wrong with the car is the driver's side seat has two seam openings, and the control motor for the driver side forward seat adjustment needs to be replaced. I also replaced the window motors with new units from Autozone, but they need to be replaced with genuine Allante window motors available via Allante Source. The cassette player also needs to be replaced with a rebuilt unit as well. After replacing 2 rear convertible top motors over the years (about $260.00 each time), I decided to make the rear power top catch manual instead of electric.
