Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is a 1969 MGC GT. A mini Aston Martin DB4 for a 1/4 of the price. The car comes equipped with 15" Chrome wire wheels with 3 eared knockoffs. The car was stripped and repainted several years ago. The interior has reclining low back seats which are great for long distance travel. Interior is in great shape and has the steel dash like the early MGBs. Both the Tach and Speedo are the correct size for UK market. The car is RHD. The motor is 3.0 L motor bored out 0.40 over kit. The cam is Kent fast road cam fueled by three SU carbs. Exhaust is a Maniflow dual exhausts designed for the MGC.The 4 speed transmission shifts flawlessly. New clutch when the engine was rebuilt. Has SU fuel pump. As can be seen from the photos, the car is pretty flawless. Car has always been stored indoors.Car DOES NOT have air conditioning and DOES NOT have overdrive. Originally, I thought about getting a Doug Smith 5 speed transmission kit but the transmission that is it shifts just fine. Car has a period Becker Radio with Ipod/player adpater A few notes:I DO NOT ship, so shipping will be your obligation.
