2013 BMW ActiveHybrid 5. 2nd Owner. Originally a California car that was given a Lemon title after the first owner experienced the engine light coming on multiple times. BMW NA replaced the faulty light and attempted several repairs before ultimately branding the title under the California Lemon Law. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the engine or the car itself, only a faulty check engine light (this occasionally turns on and then back off usually within a day or 2).
