1986 Ford F250 King Cab pick up, selling for an estate. This truck was used primarily to tow a 5th wheel RV, and has only 75,618 miles on the odometer which is reasonable to conclude that this is original mileage. Truck has 2013 tags on it, and likely this vehicle has not run since that year. It does not start, or run, and I have not verified that any of its systems (electrical, power train, etc) are intact. It has been kept in a pole barn for the last 5 years at least, so it has been out of the weather, and does not appear to have excessive corrosion/rust. Any requests for additional photos, or other questions that require additional inspection by the selling agent (namely, me) shall be invoiced to the requester at $75.00/hour, to be paid in advance based on the selling agent's estimate as to what the request entails. This additional inspection fee shall be separate and above the ultimate selling price of the truck. The $500 initial offering is without reserve, and accordingly the ultimate buyer is taking their chances that this vehicle has value beyond the $500 beginning auction price. SALE OF THIS CAR IS ON AN 'AS IS, WHERE IS' BASIS. No warranty of any kind is offered on this 33 year old non-operational vehicle. Vehicle is currently located in Burlington, Illinois. Please allow 7 to 10 working days after full payment has been verified and secure in seller bank account prior to scheduled transport to ultimate buyer location. Transport company must be fully informed that this truck is non-operational and will require at minimum an electric winch to move the vehicle onto the transport equipment. NOTES: $500 non-refundable deposit payment via PayPal must be received within 24 hours of sale. Balance due (if any) via guaranteed bank check within 7 days of close of sale. Title will not be provided to the buyer until all funds have cleared seller's bank. Balance payment must be verified in seller's account prior to release or schedule of delivery of vehicle. Please do not use the U.S. Postal Service to send the balance of payment - they are notoriously unreliable for timely transactions such as a seven day deadline contained herein. Failure to meet the 7 day deadline for full payment may result in seller cancelling the transaction and the buyer forfeiting the non-refundable deposit. Buyer must take possession of the truck within 10 days of the final payment clearing seller's bank. If the truck is not picked up by this time, seller will store the truck at buyer's expense for $200 per month or any part of a month, any storage payment due must be paid in full prior to pick up of the truck or transfer of the title. Trades: if you feel you have something of equal value that you would like to trade, you should sell it (on eBay, of course) and then use the proceeds to offer a cash transaction for this vehicle.
