ARIZONA DESERT RUST FREE CAR! This vintage 450SL is a nice quality car to fix and drive as is or restore. Engine starts and runs but will need some tuning! The engine sounds solid at all RPMs. The original blue OEM exterior paint is faded and clear coat pealing, but will make a solid base for a repaint. The body is straight, chrome is straight and free of pitting. Inspecting this vehicle, other than the one small spot noted above and in the photo, we can't find any rust or evidence of prior accidents... carpet in the interior and trunk are in good condition. The canvas fabric top looks nearly new. The original tan interior seat material and door panels look good (probably could use a little leather conditioner). NO RESERVE AUCTION - Happy bidding!!!
