This honda runs but needs carburetor work.It's a two stroke,gas oil mix.I just can't get it to idle (it did when parked five years ago). It sat covered inside for five years .It has a new battery and seat covering ,tires have about 300 miles on them. It is kick start only,(starter out) low beam is out (good high beam), horn and the rest of the lights are fine.I rode it for about five miles to clear it out but still no idle,the carb needs ??????. Pink in hand,also has a california non-op, (no back fees) no CM1 motorcycle license needed to ride on the road in california,just a car license (49cc).
