Selling my 1982 BMW R 100 with "S" fairing. I purchased this bike in 2011 from the original California owner of 28 years. bike was completely restored in 2005 with 42000 miles on the odometer. The paint on the tank, fairing and tailpiece is original and in very good condition. The seat and cover are original and in excellent condition. Original tool and books, receipts since new. the bike was fully disassembled, frame, wheels, swing arm were powder coated, new wheel & steering head bearings, swing arm bushings, floating rotors, SS brake lines, rear drive and splines fully serviced, Bing carbs rebuilt by Bing factory,new front fork seals and progressive springs, new clutch (2016), engine: double plugged heads, new rings, heads ported and polished. 9.5:1 pistons, upgraded coils, "S" camshaft. Rebuilt Koni Shocks, Krausers, original magnetic tank bag, barrend mirrors, fork brace, cover. probably forgetting some things. Current mileage is 10337 (since restored). See and ride to appreciate.
