This is a 2011 Mercedes GL350 Bluetec Diesel, with a Clean Title, with 137,612 miles on it. This was our daily driver until 2 weeks ago. This SUV is loaded with 2 sunroofs, AWD, 3rd Row Electric Seats, 7500LB Tow Package, Distronic Plus Automatic adjusting Cruise Control, Blind spot assist, Back Seat Dual DVD Entertainment system, Air Adustable Suspension using Arnott Air bags on Struts. Everything except Engine is operational. The Engine Locks up(seizes) after a few minutes of driving. This happened while driving 2 weeks ago. Looks like prior owner had neglected oil change and may have sludged up parts of engine which is why no oil light came on. According to a MB Mechanic it may be just crankshaft bearings or more complicated involving cylinder compression. It also is leaking oil from crankshaft seal when it runs (not often) due to shaking of the crankshaft pulley. There is just no way to know unless open up engine. If you bid on this car, you must know it is not operational due to engine seizure (even if it is running when picked up it will stop). If you are mechanically capable or know a good engine repair shop then it probably can be fixed. You are buying car as is with only guarantee is all parts are there. Another option is selling car for parts, will make you lots of money as car is very good except possibly crankshaft seized? I have 2 small children and have no time to sell it for parts although it will be profitable. Car title will be sent after purchase in 3 weeks. It is still with finance company but you can pickup car immediately after payment and i will sign over bill of sale guarnteeing you will recieve signed title to you and of course you will have a copy of my Driver License and any guarntee you want that you will get a clean title as soon as finance company sends it. It is a Clean Blue paper Texas Title with No brands whatsoever on it GUARNTEED!.
