Up for sale is my 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche Z71. I am the second owner. I purchased it from the original owner in January, 2010 with 35,000 miles on it. Originally I had planned on keeping it for a long time and did a ton of work and maintenance to it. However, we recently decided to upgrade to a Suburban so the Avalanche has to go. As you can see, I have taken extraordinary care of the truck and it is in exceptional condition. Life time Arizona truck with zero rust. Also has zero oxidation of the paint and no sunburn of the trim, just minor rock chips to the hood. All the cladding is in excellent condition with minimal fading. Light grey cloth interior is also in excellent condition with no stains, rips, tears, or damage. Non smoker! There is a small thin spot in the rear passenger side seat from a childs car seat and a few light creases on the front drivers seat, but that's all. Mechanically the truck is in excellent condition. In the last 45,000 miles I have done the following; transmission was rebuilt by an Aatra certified transmission shop in San Diego, the rear differential was replaced by an Aatra certified shop in Yuma, Arizona, all four oxygen sensors were replaced, oil pressure sending unit, MAF sensor, transfer case encoder motor, spark plugs, wires, thermostat, AC belt, serpentine belt, coolant and water pump were also replaced. The entire front suspension was rebuilt less than a year ago, all the front end needs is a pitman arm and it will be 100% new. Runs smooth and powerful with no lights, noises or nonsense from under the hood. Has a brake controller installed for towing a trailer. Everything works. 4x4 works great. Runs nice and cool. A real gem! Truck has a clean Arizona title in my name.
