Hello and thank you for your interest. KY Horse Rescue is offering this 2006 Honda Foreman 500 ES ATV. KY Horse Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization that offers sanctuary and care for abused, neglected, abandoned, or surrendered domestic horses and wild mustangs. All proceeds go to the care of these animals. This Honda Foreman currently has 3138 miles and 647 hours. It comes with full Honda factory and Honda dealership manuals/paperwork as shown in the photos. It has just been serviced this week of June and included both differentials flush and fill, oil change with new filter, new piston rings, valve seals, valve job, and all new gaskets. It is electric start or pull start. All the brakes work, all the lights work, the display works. It starts up immediately with the push of a button and runs well. There is no smoke, rattles, knocks, or anything out of the ordinary. With the push of a button you can go from 2x4 to 4x4, that works flawlessly. The plastics are in great condition for this age and the photo's show the condition. It is rare to find one in this kind of condition. It will need tires at some point. It has both, front and rear racks. It has a dealer installed warn winch that currently is not working. We don't know if it is in the switch or the relay. It comes with a dealer installed snow plow that detaches, that is not pictured, but is in the same condition as the ATV. We never used the plow or the winch. We have had the ATV for Several months now and it has never given us any problems at all. We are selling because it is no longer being used for the ranch because it does not fit our needs. Since we have owned it, it has always been under cover, in our garage. We received a signed title for it, but the owner never had it notarized. Take that for what it is worth. He may or may not be willing to go notarize it for the new owner. He is a nice enough guy, but obviously we can't guarantee his willingness to assist you. The bike is in great condition, but it is 12 years old and we cannot guarantee it for obvious reasons. It is sold As-Is, Where-Is with no warranties or guarantees. We will require a non-refundable $100 deposit at auction end. The balance can be paid within 7 days of auction end. We will not ship, transport, or arrange for shipping or transport. We will assist in any way we can. We can hold the ATV as long as the full payment is received for a reasonable time that is agreed upon.
