< Contact | Website | Ebay Feedback This is a California Original, 1999 Ford Mustang Convertible, 35th Anniversary Edition, with 113,164 original miles. This is a Carfax/Auto check certified no accident two owner Mustang. The average Auto check score for similar vehicles is 31-53, this particular Mustang scored a high 61! (report available upon request) Its current mechanical status is running, however the engine has a blown head gasket, so it will need to be repaired or replaced, with this type of problem it could stop running completely at any time. We do not recommend driving it other than on or off a tow truck/car carrier. Although we only drove the Mustang outside our gate at 5mph to take photos, the vehicle did go into forward and reverse gears, clutch seemed to the be in good condition. The brakes stopped fine and the suspension seemed to be in good working order. The electrical systems worked properly when tested. The body is 100% rust free (chassis and frame). The paint finish appears to be largely original. As with any pre owned vehicle there are scrapes, scratches, nicks, clear coat peeling, discoloration, chips, fading, hazing, discoloration etc. The overall appearance is very clean. The body and undercarriage are superb and the new owner will be pleased. The interior is also in good original condition with no significant wear. Nice original seating surfaces. Good door panels, instrumentation and dash. Soft top/visors show wear(see pics) -All gauges report accurate readings-Climate controls operate, A/C will need service-Drivers window rolls up and down as it should, all others will need attention-Power soft top will need attention (does not retract all the way) and has various cosmetic imperfections-Nice Cobra wheels-Tires are older, replacement is recommended This Mustang convertible gets a thumbs up for it's nice original and solid body. Mechanically it will need some TLC and in our opinion it is definitely worth fixing. Due to the mechanical status this vehicle it is only being offered to out of state or country buyers (no California buyers)...........
