1969 chevelle ss 396 375 l78 4 speed. Possibly a copo. This Baltimore plant chevelle was originally lemans blue black vinyl top with black bucket seat interior. Factory Tach and gauge car with 6k redline 7k total. All correct wiring intact in the car. The car has the correct single fuel line and correct fuel tank with single line. No a/c car due to being a high horse power car. Also manual steering box. The interior only needs carpet, rear shelf and front door panels. Car has nice dash pad, rosewood steering wheel option, nice seats and headliner. Nice 4 speed console. Original 4 speed shifter base and crossmember. 4 speed hole was cut out for super shifter. Has a drive shaft safety loop.Doors open and close right and tight. All glass is good. All trim is here with the car. This is the first time offered for sale in 35 years. This car sold new at jim price Chevrolet in Charlottesville va. An older friend of mine bought this car from the richmond va area in the 1980's from a private owner who sold it with no drive line. The body is super solid. The fenders are very straight, no rust or filler appear to be nos gm due to black sealer seen inside and no holes holes drilled for emblems.doors are solid. Trunk lid has already been stripped and primed. Roof is good. Window channels are great. Floors and trunk pan are nice. Body bushing part numbers are still readable. Frame is nice and square.car has rally wheels all the way around. Car rolls stops and steers. Body is super solid. Rear quarters were patched years ago, to be right it could use a pair of rear quarters. I have several of the performance original engine parts the 163 intake, gm 780 carb, 178 exhaust manifold, 291 pulley, correct timing cover and oil pan. Also have a c code m22 Muncie case dated and coded with Baltimore chevelle vin number not the matching one. I have the 12 bolt rear kk code dated to the car. 4:10 posi it was out of the car when found out back in the weeds. Possibly the original rear to the car. Please feel to come in person to see this car or have it inspected. Not many real l78/l89/l72 projects left this solid. This is a real deal 396 375 car or maybe a l89 or early copo. I have the ncrs report showing where it sold new. Know previous owner. Has not been on the road since 1999. I have a clear va title. Mileage shows 45k possibly original miles but can't guarantee.
