READ FIRST This car is to be PAID IN FULL ahead of pick up, BY PAYPAL I will not accept ANY OTHER form of payment and the payment will CLEAR . This was relisted because some braintrust thought he could make his own terms, and pay cash, then wanted to paypal while standing in the driveway, and leave with the car, NO WAY. A paypal payment can be cancelled/reversed. So a few days before pick after payment please. I have the title, and am not looking to play games, imagine you bought something on ebay from me and I had to ship the item after you paid, same thing but you are going to pick up a vehicle. This seems to be hard to comprehend. LESS than 10 feedback dont bid. SECOND There is NO coming to look, tinker, negotiate in anyway. The car is stored at a rented spot at residence. As in a lease with them holding my money and they are ADAMANT that I never conduct a transaction on the property nor WORK ON cars there ever. I will not loose my rental for "lets see if starts then Ill take it" Buy it as non running and know it ran, more on that below. Buyer pick up after funds clear. YOU MUST BRING A TRAILER THAT HAS A WINCH TO GET IT ON. The paypal address WILL match the buyers drivers license and BUYER WILL SIGN A BILL OF SALE AND PRESENT STATE ISSUED DRIVERS LICENSE number. Why you ask ? Because in CT we pay taxes on cars, and when you sell a car, you need to present proof to the town to stop paying the taxes. My town is particular and jerks about it, they want a bill of sale to someone real. So if you decide you want to make it track car and never re title , CT state never gets title back as sold, and I would continue to pay taxes on this. Sorry for the rant but I dont need hassle paper work or any more wasted time. Dont comply with two simple things as that, AND I LEGALLY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT TO COVER MY TIME/EXPENSES FOR LISTING AGAIN Now for the car. This poor little miata had sat for a few years in a driveway until last fall. , Story from previous owner was "It just died at the end of the driveway one day and we never got around to having it looked/couldnt afford any repairs" I replaced the fuel pump( which was dead), lubed it up and put fresh gas. I got it to run(smooth and rough alternating idle) but with the fuel pump jumped out. FUEL PUMP JUMPED OUT MEANS VOLTAGE RIGHT TO PUMP FROM THE BATTERY DO NOT EMAIL ASKING FOR DETAILS, I got no voltage at the pump and dont have time to figure it out. IT RAN BUT YOU ARE BIDDING ON A PARTS CAR. You must bring a TRAILER. Oh bonus , it ran , so wow. That said , some of the miata guys might know that sensor relay causing this I dont know what the issue is. I dont have the time for it and just didnt want to see the car sit there any more. This car is being sold as non running , parts car or donor for a kit car or to stuff a v8 in and go track racing. It smells moldy and is rusty ( but not a complete disaster) Thoughts are some type of swap , brace it and race it! Or maybe a father son project, high school auto shop challenge car etc.Take it as a parts car. Top needs to be replaced I put a patch so its not raining in the car for now. Paint looks surprisingly good , but there are issues and hail damage. Such a shame its really a pretty green. Please ask all questions/bid accordingly and understand this is not a road worthy car at this time. TIres have meat but are old, no obvious cracking so could be serviceable for a short time while you are getting the car back to working condition. I have a clear Connecticut title in my name on so its ready to be sold. AGAIN - There is no warranty and no refunds. The deposit is non refundable to cover my time for listing, and due immediate or in 24 hours, and full payment will be by paypal in full withing 3 days, You will pick up car no sooner than 2 business days and no later than 7 days. Price is firm and binding once agreed to THE CAR IN PARTS IS WORTH MANY TIMES THE BUY IT NOW, Someone smart will hit the buy it now and make lots of money or have lots of fun with it, so lets not waste time over the price.
