Hello and thank you for looking. Up for auction with no reserve is my 2004 Mercury Marauder in rare Silver Birch exterior with Light Flint Interior. Only 997 Silver Birch Marauders were made for 2004. Runs and drives nicely, and has been garaged since I bought it about 6 years ago. I'm the second owner. I purchased this Marauder with 56.9k miles, it was always garage kept. I only put the high quality parts on this car when needed and was religious about maintenance with full synthetic oil. Have both original keys and FOBs as well as the original Valet key. Interior is the rare Light Flint Color. No rips or tears and in very, very nice shape. The car overall is very clean inside and out. Completely stock other than Sylvania Silverstar headlamps and a recent free flow dry air filter. Headlights are clear and not milky or faded like many Marauders are. They are original to the car as well. New NAPA The Legend Battery last year (their best, it's either 75 month or 84 month, can't remember). Have Mercury Marauder Certificate of Production that will go with the car. Original Owner's Manuals, Case for Manual and Unopened Marauder DVD is also included. Clean, clear title, clean CarFax Options in addition to the standard Marauder, options include: Factory Moon Roof. Only Marauders with the factory roof have a serial number starting with MHHM- instead of MEHM, and are very, very rare. I think the production on these was only around 360 with the roof. Works excellent. Factory Installed Spoiler Factory AM/FM Cassette with 6-disc trunk CD option and factory sub-woofer; Factory heated power driver's and passenger's seats. Standard Marauder options include: 4-speed Automatic RWD V8, 4.6 Liter ABS (4-Wheel) Air Conditioning Power Windows Power Door Locks Power Seats Leather Interior with Marauder insignias Cruise Control Power Steering Tilt Wheel Heated Mirrors Rear defrost Adjustable pedals Factory AM/FM Stereo, 6-disc trunk mounted CD, and cassette Premium Sound Dual Air Bags Gauge pack with factory tachometer Floor Console with gauges and overhead console with compass and Home link garage door opener 18" Marauder wheelsKeyless Entry -Car has a little over 111k miles on her, but you wouldn't know by looking at it or by how it drives. -Bought tires last year, they are in nice shape-- Goodyear Eagle RSA's; -Original Engine/drivetrain . Engine is very strong. Transmission fluid replaced at 80k as per manufacturer, shifts very nicely. New boots and plugs at around 98k at a Ford dealer. -A/C blows nice and cold -New front brake pads last year. Rear brakes may need pads in the near future; -Interior is clean, minor wear on the front leather seats but overall very nice. Seat foam is still nice and firm. Rear seat is very nice. -Original Marauder front floor mats are included. I put these away when I purchased the car 6 years ago (see pictures). -Factory exhaust is still on the car and is still in good shape -Factory wheels are in good shape, not scuffed up. -Doors open and close nicely with no door sag. -Car is inspected in NH -Paint shines very nicely. It does have some small chips from highway driving, please see pictures for details, or come see it yourself. There are 2 minor scuffs to note, one in the front above the license plate, and the other in the rear passenger side quarter. Neither are very obvious, please see pictures for more detail. Otherwise I think the car is extremely clean overall; -Occasionally squeaks going over bumps, it's the hood latch. When I put a couple of drops of oil on the latch, it stops squeaking. Everything is still pretty tight otherwise; In my opinion: -Exterior 8-9/10 -Interior 8-9/10 -Drivetrain 8-9/10 -20mpg mixed city/highway in my experience. This is a solid, adult-owned car that has been well taken care of in the years that I've owned it. First owner was an older gentleman. As with anything I have ever sold on ebay, I strive to be as accurate as possible in describing something. Please review the pictures and feel free to ask any questions you may have. Lastly, I am also including a free bonus: During the time I have owned the car, I bought an extra set of Marauder rims from someone who was parting out their totalled Marauder, I will include these with the sale of the car for no additional charge. They are in fair shape, straight with no dents but have some corrosion. I think these would be good candidates for a refinish. I have no use for these, so I am including them with the sale.
