It has its bumps and bruises, but still runs like a champ! When I lived in Atlanta I would drive this car to Indiana every 3-5 months for two years. I never had a problem and I always made it where I needed to go. This would be a perfect work car or reliable vehicle for a 1st time car buyer on a budget. She's not as pristine as she was in 1999, but she still has a lot of life left in her. Pros:- Having the 3800 Series Engine, one of General Motors has ever made-Reliable: Always starts up, even after sitting for 4 months during one of the longest and harshest Winters on record-Safe: She has taken a beating, but no accidents to my knowledge. From what I was told when I bought the vehicle in Georgia the original owner was an elderly lady who drive it in the city. She hit a mailbox on the front passenger side causing a dent and damaging the headlight. The damage on the driver side passenger door was all my doing. Cemented basketball posts > Cars. This unfortunately renders the driver side passenger door from being able to be open. -New battery (11/17)-New Fuel pump (5/15)-New tires (11/16)-Lights and interior electrical functions all work aside from CD playerCons-No air conditioning -The vehicle has been smoked in-The interior upholstery on the roof of the car had to be removed. It lost the battle of time and gravity and began to sag and impede vision while using the rear view mirror - Likely time for an oil change as I believe it might be burning oil-Brakes could be betterI think she has a lot to offer and priced accordingly.
