Hello all, Update information..... I only have one key. I have a clear title in hand and it has been California smoged. In order to purchase a Sprinter van for my family and with the inlaws spending the summer with us, I'm Letting Go one of my German cars. This is a quick 3-day auction to see if anybody out there is interested in this great car. I am a very honest person and will disclose everything I can to ensure that a potential buyer can make a confident decision. This is a 2005 BMW 645Ci that I bought from a dealership in Los Angeles approximately 19 months ago with about 95000 miles on it. The car currently has a 103k miles on it. The previous owner had added a BMW M6 body kit and exhaust to this car. The front bumper is a fiberglass M6 look bumper with added lower spoiler. The side skirts and the rear bumper are actually OEM M6. The car also has M6 door sills and M6 carpets. Here I will list all the information. Engine: The engine is in absolutely perfect working order. When I purchased the car I took it to a local German specialist and took care of anything the engine needed plus a whole bunch of additional stuff. I have almost 7K in receipts of engine removal, valve seals completed (very big deal and expensive job that all these cars will need around 90-120k) , all gaskets, carbon buildup removal, coolant tubes through engine replaced.... And so on. The receipts are available. I am extremely confident that this engine will go for a long time. With consistent maintenance of course. It starts up perfectly every time and idles perfectly. Fantastic power range. There is currently a spectre aftermarket air intake to boost horsepower but the original intake boxes available as well. Transmission: Since I've had the car the transmission is always been a little bit jerky when cold. Warms up just fine. If you drive the car regularly it seems to not be an issue. Once the car is warm you might only get a jerk if you decelerate really quickly on the down shift. In sport mode is drives with less of that occasional jerking. I'm not sure if it needs some software updates or a valve body but it's been this way for the last 12 to 15 K miles and has not gotten worse. I have done a transmission service so all of the fluids and filters have been changed. The jerking is only slight and on occasion......does not take away from the driving experience and as far as I can tell can be left the way it is for quite a while. Warning Lights: There are currently two warning lights on the car. The passenger restraint and airbag light and the Adaptive headlights. Both very common BMW at this age. An independent BMW mechanic can probably sort that out. And at not too much cost. The Adaptive headlight warning is common for these cars at this age and can be coded out. Leaks: The car does not leak at all. There's a little moisture on the Adaptive steering rack but does not get worse than does not drip. Convertible top: Works perfectly. Little bit of wear near the passenger and driver door on the trim portion of it as seen in the pictures. But works absolutely perfectly. Windows: No cracks or dings in any of the windows. They all work perfectly. Previous owner put very dark tint all around. Including a bar across the front window. I don't mind it too much but it is hard to see out of at night. Would recommend the new owner removing with a heat gun or tint shop. Body: in good shape. Couple little things and scuffs. The hood does fea a little dime-sized dent. The rocker panels seem to be a slightly lighter shade. Not too far off in color...just want to point it out. Might want to be painted to match later on. Interior is in fantastic condition. Very few scuffs or scratches. Little bit on the driver side bolster but otherwise in really fantastic condition. Previous owner added an M6 steering wheel. And shifter surround. The paddles on the steering wheel to not work. This steering wheel was meant for a M6 with SMG transmission so in this car the paddles are only for asetical purposes. Every button inside the car works. With one exception. The rear trunk open release button does not work do you have to use the button on the key to open the trunk. Accidents: There has been only one small accident. My car was parked in my driveway and an Amazon delivery driver backed into it. Very minor damage on the grill and on the fiberglass bumper but I have their insurance replaced both. The bumper has been painted to match perfectly and.... Looks Looks great. Only very minor hit and no airbags were involved or anything like that. There are new brakes in the rear. All new rotors all four corners. There's no oil change and tune-up do for at least 2,500 miles. There are new micro pollen filters. The wheels are black 20 inch M6 M5 replicas. They're in pretty good shape for a little curb rash. The tires are delinte and have about 50 to 60% tread left. Out the front and rear wheels have spacers. In order to give the car a more aggressive look. Please let me know if you have any questions. Car sounds fantastic with the m6 exhaust. Not too loud but with the sport button and heavy cast it does have a nice growl. Because I need to purchase a sprinter van next week I'm doing a short option. I require $ 500 deposit at auction end. I will need full payment within 3 business days of auction in. I'm only selling this to get that van so I have to be quick. Please do not bid if you don't have the money. I have been honest and I'm trying really hard to help out of potential buyer....
