I had purchaced this 90 from the original owner in the Cadiz province of southern Spain a few years ago. We have had it as a general use country vehicle on our farm outside Pensacola Florida. We have kept the vehicle properly maintained and it has basically been a very enjoyable and reliable Land Rover. Absolutely no issues or problems with it. I aquired the vehicle from it's original owner which from all appearances and testimony from the owner, he had kept it gararaged and noticably well kept. This vehicle has exceptionally low miles 77,000 miles or roughly 125,000 kilometers. It's well preserved original clean condition shows the care taken in keeping the vehicle in good shape. This is very likely the cleanest best kept Land Rover Santana 90 you will find. We are availble to show it and happy to answer questions about it. The interior and exterior paint is original factory paint. It's a solid no rust vehicle. The interior upholstery is original factory 100% throughout, we have'nt changed a thing. We've done some brake work repairs on the rear wheel brake cylinders Changed some hoses, Intsalled a new battery New leftside door handle. Changed oil and fluids as required. For those who are not familiar with the model it is essentially all Land Rover except for some characteristics introduced by the fabrication plant in Spain. Specifically interior dash instruments, and some interior features such as the upholstery and hard shell headliner. The Land Rover Santana chassis comes with leaf springs, the Santana 90 models did not incorporate coil springs as did the UK model defenders, instead they maintained the leaf spring design from the previous Series 3 model.The engine and drive train are OEM Land Rover. For on going maintainance parts are aquired direct from Land Rover. This vehicle has a 2.5 liter Land Rover naturally aspirated diesel motor. It's a strong simple motor, with sufficient horsepower to accelerate this vehicle without any sluggish response. These non turbo motors evolved in fabrication throughout the 80's giving them increased horsepower and efficiency.
