1957 Beetle in Original condition with all numbers matching body,chassis,engine and transmission. Very solid and straight car from California with no rust other than some pin holes in front of battery area but still solid, it did have a battery area pan replacement at some point but there are some small pin holes just right in front of the battery but does not need pan replaced just patch or small weld since they are so small. It still has the original solid heater channels and floor pans which you can tell by the mat holder studs, All body panels appear to be original as well. All panels are original. It did have a repaint in 1994 to the existing factory color. This is a 1 family owned vehicle and the condition shows as so. The car is still a 6V with 36hp engine and split tranny, all electrical works including horn,wipers and can be driven cross country. Still runs like new with no mechanical issues. Stops and brakes excellent. Everything opens and closes as it should. I recently replaced window seals to add the chrome molding so they are new Wolfsburg West seals. Glass is all original with exception of windshield. Hella symbols on all lenses. You can see the VW stamp on the bumper, everything appears to be original to the car.
