Relisting. This truck sold previously but the sale was cancelled due to a title issue with another state. It has a clear Oregon title but the vin shown on the title does not match the existing frame number or engine number. I can only assume the number shown on the title was for a previously fitted engine. If this will be a problem in your state please do not bid. 1936 long wheelbase C-1 pickup. All original front and rear ends. Needs bodywork (see pictures) but mostly complete. The bed is pretty solid but has rust holes at the front. It is not a runner, has a 170 (i think) Ford straight six and manual trans. I have never driven it but it did start when I brought it home a couple of years ago. The doors on it are from a 1934/35 but I am including 2 correct 36 doors as shown, they need some repair at the bottom. I am also including a spare cab. I spent over 2 hours with DMV today to see if I could change the vin to show the correct number. Result is that they will submit all the information to DMV HQ in Salem Oregon and I should have an answer in about 4 weeks. So the situation at present is that the title will take about 6 weeks from end of auction to get to the buyer. Whether this results in a title with the vin as on the truck or as is at present I can not tell you. Please bid accordingly and if this is an issue with a current bidder, I will have no problem with a bid retraction. Thanks
