Vehicle Detail
For Sale: 2007 BMW 335i 135,000 miles on it Clean title The bads: There are many clear coat scratches on the hood. Only one scratch is deeper than the clear coat, but it isn’t very large. You can see it in one of the photos, its white by the driver side door. The clear coat scratches are not serious, a local body shop told me it wouldn’t be a serious job to buff them out. (clear coat scratches hard to see in pictures) There is a small oil leak from the valve gasket. The BMW dealers like to point it out. When I consulted a mechanic I know personally they said they did not think it was a major issue, and they did not think it was necessary to fix it. The leak is not big enough to require early changing of oil and has not affected the drivability in any way. There is a crack in the windshield, about 4 inches long. One of the chrome pieces on the front grill needs replacement or a dab of super glue. One of the cup holders is stuck shut. I’m sure it can be unstuck with some effort, but I haven’t looked into it. The seat belt extenders do not work on the driver side or the passenger side. I have put off selling this car for a while. It has been sitting in a garage collecting dust for a few weeks. The Good: Interior is in very good shape. All of the leather is still in good shapeBuilt-in Navigation system Recently replaced the fuel injectors, ignition coils, ECU, Coolant hoses, and a few more things. Sport Wheels Turbos still pull strong and feel just as good as when I bought the car. I am the third owner, and the first two owners were brothers. Carbon Fiber lower lip on the front bumper. This makes it easier to bottom out, but it looks great. Carbon Fiber accent/lip on the trunk. It was there when I bought it, and can easily be removed if it doesn’t fit your tastes. The previous owner also had installed LED interior lights and a few other carbon fiber accents. I have personally replaced the oil every 3,000 to 6,000 miles since I have had the car. I loved this car and took very good care of it until I started a new job with intensive travel. There are currently catless downpipes installed, and I am including the originals with the car. The air filter was replaced with two cone air filters. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
