NOW THE CAR HAS A REBUILT TITLE All I replaced was front windshield of the car. This vehicle is in excellent condition, few minor scratches it does run and drive it was purchased from insurance. This vehicle is after inspection and is ready to register. The vehicle has a flood title but it was never actually flooded. The reason being was the car had a hole in the windshield and the flooring of car got a little wet. I replaced the windshield and everything is fine now. I really don't know why the insurance marked it as a flood title. The car runs and drives perfectly no problems, no issues , and zero error lights. The car never got into an accident and still has the OEM paint on it. In fact a couple months ago the car was sold at Car-Max for $16,000 (see pic).
