My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2004 Buick Park Avenue with just 137k miles. The Park Avenue was the flagship of the Buick brand for many years until its platform was phased out. I would rate the exterior of this Buick Park Avenue to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in white with polished alloy wheels and a black top over gray leather interior, which is a good color combination. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this Buick. The white paint has a deep shine and looks as smooth as glass all around. The black top shows very well, too. All of the body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The body trim and cladding are all present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Park Avenue to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets show well for their age throughout the interior. The leather seats also show well for their age and are comfortable. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well but it is too cold to confirm that the air conditioner is cooling effectively. Rear passenger room is very accommodating and the trunk space is equally impressive. These are good, good cars that make great drivers. Mechanically, this Park Avenue appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.8L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The 3.8L V6 is a very tough engine that has been around for over 20 years. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. As I mentioned earlier, these cars are great drivers. They are very comfortable cruisers and get impressive fuel economy for a full sized sedan. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally with no problems. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. If you do a good bit of highway driving and want a great cruiser, a Park Avenue would definitely do the trick.
