This 1971 Super Beetle is still in it’s original manufactured, famous Clementine color (Orange). We apologize as we have no colored photos of the Super Beetle. It was purchased by my daughter from the original owner in 1953 in Boston, when it had 53000 miles. It now has 86,500 miles. It remains in my garage and I have worked on it whenever I had time. I put in a new carburetor and a new brake system. It does have some rust spots and dings. It has Hankook brand tires (Opti-Europa) almost new. The AM/FM Radio worked for a few years, it doesn’t work now. Both bumpers are gone but the brackets are in excellent shape. The exhaust system needs new heat exchangers, muffler, and tail pipes. Left side door sill and heater tube are rusted so take a good look at these photos. All glass is in good condition, but the windshield is dinged. I have a replacement windshield which will be included in the auction along with extra orange fr & rear hoods. Please note that the additional replacement windshield and additional replacement, orange, front and rear hoods are included for the winner of this auction.
