ok so the story on this car is my best friend 's parents bought this delta 98 convertible and a cutlass convertible at the same day in off the car lot in Bellevue wa. I got both cars a year ago and now restoring the cutlass I was going to use the 425 ci engine out of the 98 to put in the cutlass but now I have changed my mind as the 98 is all intact all #'s matching and I hate to just scrap it if there is someone out there with the hart and drive to restore her the car has been sitting outside for years has three rips (holes) in the top and has had rain going in the car she has moss and puddles in the back holding water so I assume the floor boards are not rusted all the way through yet the car was running driving car when parked she looks to be pretty straight on all panels and is all intact this is not a project for the faint of hart SHE NEEDS A TOTAL RESTORATION!!!!!!!!!! SO SINCE GETTING RUN AROUND BY 3 BUYERS FROM OUT OF THE U.S. ONLY BID ON THIS CAR IF A NORTH AMERICAN BUYER AND ARE SERIOUS!! JUST WANT TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO SAVE THIS CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY FREIND AND I WENT OVER TO THE CAR GAVE HER A BATH PUT A NEW BATTERY IN HER AND SHE TURNED RIGHT OVER. DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET HER STARTED BUT I AM SURE WITH NEW CAP ROTER AND PLUGS SHE SHOULD FIRE UP ALSO FOUND OUT ENGINE WAS REBUILT APRX 30,000 MILES AGO IT WAS A COMPLETE REBUILD CARB TO PAN INCLUDING HYPERUNETIC PISTONS AND COMPRESION DROPED TO 9.8 TO RUN ON REG. UNLEADED FUEL THANX FOR YOUR TIME AND AGAIN PLEASE DON'T WASTE MINE THE CAR IS SOLD AS IS NO REFUNDS LOCAL PICKUP ONLY
