When it first debuted Mercedes boast it was the fasted production car in the world 0-60 in just 4.1 seconds and could achieve 200 mph. The Kompressor / supercharged AMG hand built 5.5 lt. V8. Produced just under 500 horse power. This car has every available option including message seats, air conditioned seats, heated seats, Boss stereo with CD changer and factory sub woofer, built in Mercedes phone, adjustable ride height / performance suspension, (perfect for going up and down driveways), Lorinser for Mercedes 20 in. rims, originally cost over $8,000 for the rims alone, AMG performance brakes. Factory Xenon headlights, power head rests, manual shift-paddles on the steering wheel to change gears(sport mode), the list of options goes on and on. The fit and finish on the SL is beautiful. It looks as if it was sitting on a showroom floor. It runs and drives like a brand new Mercedes supper car. Engine runs quiet and powerful, the transmission shifts smoothly. It has been extremely well maintained, all maintenance up to speed, synthetic oils and needs nothing. Garage kept, spotless in and out. Never driven in foul weather. The leather interior is beautiful as well. Convertible top works flawlessly. I love the hardtop convertible - so easy to use. The interior roof headliner is finished in sued and the gauges are wrapped in sued as well. The functional roll bar is power and goes up and down (shown up in the pictures). The underneath of the car is just as clean, originally from California. Comes with all the original books, two working original Mercedes key fobs and an over sized soft Mercedes car cover.
