up for sale is my 2004 BMW 530i black exterior, light brown leather interior. v6 with 152,000 miles on it. the car was purchased back in 2014 from a dealer and used it for less than 3 years until January 2017, then I decided to upgrade my car to a brand new one. car had a/c problem and i never tried to take it to someone to fix it until recently took my car to test drive and find out several problems : things you should know before buying this car : 1- the car is kicking while driving it (not always but most of the time ) might be the transmission ,i took the car to mechanic shop last month he told me it will cost me $1500 to fix it 2- the front window is cracked 4 days ago because of a cold weather and snow hit Houston tx for the first time. 3-check engine light, airbag light, and radiator lights are on 4- they stole my cd player, so there is no radio 5-steering wheel is damaged (plastic are pilled off -not a lot but it is noticeable) 6-one of the cup holder next to dashboard is broken great deal for mechanics i do not have any space for it and I cannot park it on the street .it's been 11 months since i stop driving it there is no warranty on this car and everything I knew from the car was mentioned. AS / IS It means that the transaction occurs for the car in whatever condition it is in at the moment of the sale. In other words, the buyer is legally accepting the responsibility for any and all repairs needed after the car is driven off the lot good luck
