Officially called the Supersport, it was commonly known as the "Turbo-look". It was a style that resembled the Porsche 930 Turbo with wide wheel arches and the distinctive "tea tray" tail. It featured the stiffer turbo suspension and the superior turbo braking system as well as the wider turbo wheels. In 1987 it was offered with the famous G50 Transmission. This is a 2 owner California car that has always been maintained to a high standard. The car drives extremely smooth, tight and straight. It has been driven only 127k pampered miles and looks and drives more like a 50k mile car. These Air cooled 911s are rising in value everyday and this is the one to own. It just had a major service and needs nothing. The black paint is excellent and appears to be all Original. The paint is very glossy and has only a few minor stone chips that were touched up on the nose. The doors close easily and all the gaps line up excellently. The undercarriage is solid with no signs of rust. The Interior color is Champagne and is literally brand new! $6,000 dollars was just spent on Original Carpets, New Original Mats, New Original Leather Seats that are dual power. The top is also brand new and is Black. The power top works perfect and has no latches - it's 100% automatic. When you open the door it smells and looks like a new car. The dash is Pristine with no warping or cracking . The door panels are also pristine . There is not much to say other then the interior is Pristine and new in every way. Inside the car you will find everything to be working properly. Both power seats work, Original Blaupunkt radio with cassette. Cruise control, power top and windows all work perfect. Ice cold A/C and hot heat. Mechanically she is a gem. The car just had over $5k in service. The valves were adjusted, New 134 A/C compressor, dryer and expansion valve. The front suspension has new ball joints, sway bar links etc. The brakes are cross drilled rotors and they stop this car on a dime. The tires are in great condition and are embellished by the beautiful Original Fuchs Wheels with, dealer delivered, chrome lips. The car drives very well and pulls hard through all 5 speeds with ease. The Clutch was replaced less than 2,000 miles ago. The suspension feels very tight and this car handles like an M491 911 should. It has a nice tone from the exhaust and the special order, dealer installed, Fittipaldi Steering wheel makes it truly exciting to drive. These are numbered steering wheels and very rare. I would drive the car anywhere. She is ready to go and needs nothing. All fluids were just replaced as well .
