I still can't get over it. After 22 years my Saab didn't turn over. I thought we were just warming up at 190K miles but at this point I must release and be thankful for the many surf trips and good times we've had together. See the photos. These are the items that I know of: Body: GREAT condition for its age - 1 scratch on the passenger side at the curve above the back wheel- Hood no longer stays up on its own- Doesn't turn over, does turn on Interior: GOOD condition for the age of the leather - Driver's seat shows cracks in leather- 1 sun visor missing (thanks to an ex), passenger side- See that some of the material (car inside, top) is sagging off in the front and the back Other: - Driver's side window IS in working condition but was down when the car stopped so I've covered it to avoid water from mist, fog and rain- Recent steering fluid leak fixed- Radio channels can be faint at times (digital) Important: - I was JUST about to get a new clutch, so this is the major item that I know of- When running = AVG 27 MPG (yes, I know)- All original body, NO theft, damage, accidents- Surfer driven for 125-150K miles! Lightly driven for the past 40+K since I lived out of the US- Registration current to 2/2018- When it's running, it takes 80 like a breeze and has great pick up, responsive downshift. Check the VIN! Heartbroken but got a new car so selling my baby Saab. Car or for parts, up to you, but don't tell me if it's for parts :-(. I was truly tempted to ship this one up to Denver, CO where there is a Saab junkyard and repair shop, but had to bite the bullet and get a newer family car. Whatever your purchase reason, enjoy it. This one has brought a lot of joy to me. 2 owners, mine since 1999 when it had 40+K miles on it. All repairs done by the Old Planet Saab in San Francisco, and later Planet AutoWerks after Jay passed away and the boys took that shop over. Feel free to send any questions my way. Needs a charge and I'm sure some other repairs, but super safe car. Been sitting for 20 days mostly garaged while I made up my mind to get something. I'm ready to sign the DMV paperwork over to you. I have REG, Chase Bank still on title -- just never removed, so I leave that to you. 0 due on this car...had the paperwork from Chase, moved and don't know where it is. If you need a surety I'll provide one for lost title before DMV sign-over. Listing at $120 to start the bids (only because if the final bid is less than $2K which I expect), seller fees are $60.
