Details of the 1964 Ford F100 Custom Cab build: 302 cubic inch V8 engine- new main and rod bearings, crank ground, complete head and valve job, timing chain & sprockets, oil pump, water pump. New radiator & Hoses w/ stainless overflow tank. T5 5 speed transmission w/ high performance racing clutch w/ custom stainless steel shift stick. Auto Meter American Muscle 6 gauge cluster with chrome bezels, ivory backsets, black numbers, and orange needles. Billet Aluminum dash insert. IDIDIT chrome tilt steering column. American Autowire blade style fuse panel and complete wiring- all wiring is covered than wrapped with electrical tape. Dynamat Extreme applied to inside of interior and exterior door skins, cab ceiling, back wall, firewall, under dash, & floor. 1/2” foil faced insulation on floor & firewall. Custom Billet Aluminum door steps. All new glass- sides tinted to 35% - back window tinted to 20%. All new weather-stripping and door hardware. Light gray factory preformed carpet installed. All new bumpers, door handles, mirrors, wipers, and all other chrome except the grill is original. Stainless window vent shades. 1964 Ford paint color- Caribbean Turquoise. All new exterior emblems. Spray-on bed liner. Extang Full Tilt bed cover. Power brake booster with four wheel disc brakes- all new brake lines. Performance rear sway bar installed. Under bed spare tire storage. Spicer u-joints. Shorty headers with 2.25” true dual exhaust- no x-pipe- only glass packs- concealed tailpipes- chrome 90 degree turn down tips under the bumper Frame, axles, engine compartment, and all under body was sandblasted and paint with Chassis Saver paint. PACER bullet hole aluminum 15” wheels. Triple layer car cover included. Michelin tires. FLAME THROWER II electronic ignition and coil. Edelbrock four barrel intake manifold. Spray-on bed liner applied to underside of bed. Edelbrock four barrel carburetor w/ electric choke. Leaf spring bushings replaced with urethane bushings. Front axle spindle bearings, seals, and kingpins replaced.
