There is a facebook video of the car running at: "2008 lotus elise sc in red"On Ebay it looks orange but is actually dark RED. This is a 2008 Lotus Elise SC (supercharged) model. It has a rebuilt title. If that bothers you skip this car and go on to the next SC. There are several before "pics" showing damage. If in doubt about anything, ask. NO SUSPENSION OR TUB DAMAGE, NOT EVEN A SCUFF. NO AIRBAG, ENGINE WARNING LIGHTS, OR ABS LIGHTS EVER DISPLAYED. This SC model has , as standard, every normal Lotus option available except limited slip. It would only be desirable if exclusively Autocrossed. It DOES have traction control which works perfectly. The car has the following features:-SC package. This is the FACTORY supercharged engine with approx. 220 HP. Traction control with disable setting.-Touring package: Leather seats, leather center console, leather door panels, extra sound insulation, CUP HOLDER (big deal in an Elise),cargo shelf net, ipod connection, -Sport pack: wide light weight forged rims, sport setting coilovers, dual oil coolers,-ABS, AC, Premium radio/CD player, factory hardtop. The car also has FACTORY RACE OPTIONS: -Front 5 position adjustable sway bar. -AP racing 4-pot front calipers, these are direct bolt on factory optional with NO adaptor plates or extra brackets. -Stainless steel brake hoses. -308mm vs stock 288mm front rotors. Also included are:-NITRON brand English adjustable monotube coil overs. Used in Lotus Series, UK.-Exige style rear wing.-Front splitter. Main reason is to protect low, fragile chin.-K&N cold air intake.-Sector 111 rear bumper delete.-Stainless steel chambered cross flow muffler. -hidden front turn signals with old mounts on hood filled in. Lotus did same in 2011.-Dry cell battery. -custom red edged floor matts.-Stock rear "bumper", muffler, air box, sway bar included.-Kumho tires are speed rated to 168MPH and have about 2,000 miles of use.Above added items cost around $5,000+ extra. This car compares favorably to almost any 10 year old, low mileage car you will examine. Repairs have been in place two years. Counting the extras it's $25,000 below what a clean title SC will cost you. IF you do not have the cash available please check with your Credit Union for financing options.
