Super clean 1976 Trans Am. 455 Auto. Older Restoration. Not a trailer Queen. This is a daily driver though I rarely drive it. Just installed updated air Conditioning with VINTAGE AIR, Much Lighter Compressor, blows very cold. Beautiful White with Gold Metal Flake and slight pearlescent clear coat. It will blind you in the sun. The Hood Bird is a ghost style that lights right up when the sun hits it. Pump the pedal twice and she fires right up. The carburetor was just rebuilt. I’ve owned the car six years and it’s spent it’s days in my enclosed garage when not being driven. The car was rotisserie restored some years back by a man who owned a paint shop and this was his personal car. The interior is awesome, has two tiny tears on the driver door panel but they are hardly noticeable tears, no cracks. Dash Looks new. In other words, you can run your fingernails over the plastics and they do not scratch.Headliner, package tray, seats, carpet, Dash, and all trim are near perfect. All controls work including rear defroster. Shaker has a custom air intake door that opens when you work the throttle. The data plate says it was originally a black car and had this paint not been so beautiful I would have painted it back black. This is a solid car. Oh and those sweet Honeycomb Rims just set it all off. The car needs a home where it will be pampered and kept up until it's time to pass it on again. It has 9800 miles on it since it was restored as mentioned above and also the motor was completely gone through by a professional shop according to the previous owner. I can tell they went through it and beefed it up. It most certainly has way more than the original 220 hp. It has around 5ooo miles since the rebuild. She has a brand new headliner, new plush carpet, and REAL butyl sound/heat deadener on floors, back firewall, trunk, and doors, new a/c compressor, new a/c condenser, and VIR eliminator. Stereo not included. At the bottom of the driver's door, there are 2 quarter size bubbles coming up but not cracked. There is one bubble on the top left fender nickel size also not cracked. Other than that she's a solid car with Zero structural rust that I can find. I am re-listing it because the (High Looker) who won last time thought he was getting a 40 thousand dollar car. It is a very very very nice Trans Am plus its beautiful and worth more than I am asking but its not a fresh restoration. It's been driven lovingly with the occasional temptation to drop the hammer. It's a reliable car. It looks better than the photos can show. You will not be disappointed. Oh and I have detailed it since those pics were taken a couple weeks ago so please ignore the dirty carpet.
