Vehicle Detail
I am selling my 2010 black, two-door Jeep Wrangler with the half doors/soft windows. I am the second owner and purchased the vehicle from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet back in 2011 in Buford, GA with a little over 5k miles on it. I have pretty extensively upgraded a bunch of things over the past six years - either professionally or myself - which I list out below. The title is clear, no accidents and there is no warranty to speak of after the 7 year period. All services and both recalls (airbag clock springs) done locally here at Skyland Jeep in Asheville. The Jeep runs great and everything works as expected, including the 4wd and AC. I had new front end ball joints (all 4) installed about 5000 miles ago and all new brake calipers (4), pads, and rotors (front 2) a few months ago. The windows, save the rear one (see below), all remove easily and the top folds down in proper order. The vehicle has a manual transmission, shifts great and has the brake-assisted shift whilst on an incline. Upgrades: BDS 4.5" lift kit installed by RPM Offroad in Bristol, TN. They also re-geared both differentials with Yukon 5.13 gear & axle kits 35" Yokohama Geolandar tires (unidirectional) on aftermarket steel, black coated rimsSuperwinch EPi9.0 DC electric winch with synthetic blue ropeExpedition One steel front bumper and Smittybilt rear bumper with tire swingTMH 20" Dual Row 126w LED light bar and wired interior switch Two LED under hood lights and wired interior switchInterior carpet removed and the entire bed lined with Herculiner (black)Duracell AGM (glass matrix) battery to power the extra accessoriesCircuit breaker and secondary fuse box (passenger side floor wall)Seat heaters installed in the both front seatsClarion NX602 aftermarket headunit Extras: Tire chains for very bad weatherRoll-up soft window storage bagSuperchip reprogrammer for adding different sized tiresWired dash camera Issues: The rear window will probably need replacing. It is scratched in the lower left corner and never zipped flush on the first try even when I bought it There is a 10 cent-sized rock impression (see picture) on the lower, driver-side front windshield. It is 4 years old and has no issues passing inspection. My insurance sub-contractor "repaired" it but perhaps Safe-lite can do a better job.Rust: Nothing major here. There is underbody rust near the balls & u-joints associated with the Jeep being 7 years old and parked outside. I had to settle for my 4th choice for wheels due to supply issues when I upgraded them 5-6 years ago; they are powder-coated steel, so they have a few rust spots along the edges. This is pretty much describes the Jeep to the best of my knowledge. I am selling it because I need the room and no longer use the Jeep as my daily driver around town. It deserves a new home with a more attentive owner. I am happy to answer any questions you may have via email or phone or even do something like a live video call on my phone with any serious buyers. If you are local to western North Carolina, you are more than welcome to stop by and check it out and give it a test drive as well of course. Oh, I should mention I am not interested in any trades. Just a sale. Cashier's check after a buyer has committed. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping though I am happy to assist in any reasonable way. Thanks for reading! *I reserve the right to end the auction if the Jeep sells locally.
