Up for sale is my 88' Iroc-Z. This is a very nice 4 owner unmolested and rare car. It is painted in Medium Orange Metallic which is the rarest of all the Iroc-Z colors. It has been painted at some point in its life. The paint is o.k. and it shines very well. There are minor dings and scratches in the paint so don't expect a flawless paint job. The wheels on the car are not the correct ones for the year, this is the way I bought it. RPO codes show it came with the 15" z28 style wheels. The 16" wheels became an option in 88'. The tires were put on last spring and maybe have a thousand miles on them. The brakes on the front are new PowerStop pads and rotors, I haven't changed the rear yet which are drums. The engine is the 5.0L T.P.I. with the 700r4 transmission. The rear end is the 10 bolt posi with the 2.43 ratio. This car still has the original exhaust and still sounds good. The interior is very clean with the usual wear and tear that comes with a car that is going on 30 years old. Driver seat is showing the most wear. It does have an aftermarket radio that the previous owner put in. It does have new weather stripping on the doors and T Tops. The tops do not leak, but there are a couple of spots around the windows that leak a little. Just trying to be honest. AC needs to be charged but the compressor does work and doesn't make noise. All in all this is a very nice car that isn't beat to hell like so many of them. It does have 102+++ miles on it, so it does get driven. This car is a great candidate for a full restoration or just enjoy it as it is. I'm only selling it to get something older. I reserve to right to end this listing early because the vehicle is listed locally.
