My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 80 photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE with the desirable 6 speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Altima to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. She is finished in a dark blue over tan cloth interior, which is a good color combination. The blue finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this Altima, the worst I can say is that there are a few marks on the bumpers from age...nothing horrible. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in nice rubber. Tire tread is on the thin side of average, but you should be able to get another year or so out of them depending on your driving habits and how much you drive. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Altima to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets and seats show a few marks from age, but are not excessively worn. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks, seat, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system appears to be in good working condition. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is original and sounds good. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The trunk is clean and spacious. Again, please take the time to check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Altima appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.5L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. You can feel a little age in the front bushings over harsh surfaces, but you can't feel it on normal road surfaces. The suspension feels good. Steering and braking feel good, too. She hits the road nice and straight. The engine keeps proper temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my time with this Altima. This is a quick, quick car...due in no small part to the rare six speed manual transmission. There is always more than enough power on tap. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the six speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. With just 123k miles, this rare Altima just needs a new home. This is one seriously fun sedan that is also very reliable and economical.
