My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2008 Subaru Legacy sedan. The exterior of this Legacy would rate as AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking sedan. It is finished in Satin White Pearl, which is a gorgeous color. The finish has a deep shine and looks as smooth as glass all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find much worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this Legacy. The worst I can say is that there are a few marks on the back bumper and a few chips in the paint by the right tail light. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Legacy looks. The interior of this Legacy would rate as AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are also clean. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system appears to be working well. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The cloth seats are clean and comfortable. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this sedan came in. Mechanically, this Legacy appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. She hits the road as straight as an arrow. The automatic transmission engages smoothl and shifts properly with zero issues. The AWD system is tested and working properly. Subaru AWD gives you added traction in harsh driving environments and extra confidence cornering on twisty roads. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Our preferred payment method is Cash in Person. For those customers who plan to have their vehicle shipped or cannot make it in person within 7 days, you may also pay for your vehicle by Certified Check or Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer. If paying by Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer, funds must clear before your vehicle is available for release. We Do Not Accept PayPal or Credit Cards...at all...period. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without prior written permission may be assessed a storage fee of $10/ day. Storage fees will be deducted first from any monies paid to Liberty Auto Exchange. Non-Paying Bidders: We take what we do very seriously and ask that potential bidders take placing their bid just as seriously. Non-Paying Bidders will be assessed a re-listing fee of $249. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction. Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay, blocked from bidding on future auctions and may be referred to our Collection Agency for credit reporting and fee recovery. Fees and Taxes The only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description.
