My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2008 Mini Cooper S. I would rate the exterior of this Mini to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking little hatch. She is finished in Pepper White over Red and Black two tone interior, which is a great color combination. The off white finish has a deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this Mini. All of the trim and cladding are present and show well. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and rear hatch all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show a little age but still look good and are wrapped in nice rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Mini looks. I would rate the interior of this Mini Cooper S to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. A full set of factory floor mats are included. The optional two tone seats are clean, comfortable and show virtually no wear. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Both front seats are heated, too. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Mini came in . Mechanically, this MIni Cooper S appears to be in good running and driving condition. The turbocharged four cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. Aside from a valve cover gasket that appears to be leaking a little, I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The optional sport suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The "brake" light stays on. The braking system performs perfectly so my guess would be the little sensor for the parking brake must think the hand brake is still up. The engine feels strong and runs smoothly. She hits the road nice and straight. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the six speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
