I took this Jeep in trade a couple years ago when I sold another vehicle. This a 35 year old jeep that has had extensive modifications to it. The suspension has been replaced with a coil over kit. The kit is called "Black Diamond XCL Suspension System"Click here for some info " The body is a very sturdy aftermarket Fiberglass. It is very ridged unlike some of the cheaper fiberglass tubs out there. The hood is one peice and removes easily with 4 pins. The engine was replaced with a AMC 304ci V8. It runs good. The clutch does not slip, all the gears work. There is a hydraulically operated front winch. There are air-lockers Front and Rear with an on board air compressor with tank and hose to inflate your tires.The lockers work but do leak some air. This has been driven off road it has decent paint but comes with trail scars. There are alot of scratches!! This is a driver not a show truck. The scratches are not visible at distance and people always compliment how nice a jeep I have. The tires show pretty even wear but have been used off road alot , as a result they are not balanced and vibrate at highway speeds. I have no idea what the true mileage is due to all the changes made by others over the years. This is far from original but is still a nice example of collectible classic american vehicle.
