Added note: Please utilize the "Make Offer" feature. After receiving an 11PM complaint about the asking price, I evidently need to stress that my asking price is a starting point, which is why the Make Offer button is there. Please read all the other information before inquiring. Thanks! I'm looking to sell my 2005 Triumph Rocket III, currently set up as "naked" but with a whole suite of accessories listed below. It's an incredible machine with surprisingly excellent handling as well. The power and torque is insane, and can be opened up even more with a Power Commander! It's also fantastic for long trips due to its combination of ride comfort while still being extremely fun and engaging to ride. I've loved this motorcycle, but I just got a puppy so my purpose of having this bike (taking long trips) won't be happening for a while. Better for someone else to enjoy it rather than it continue to sit! I am considering a classic Triumph, Norton or Kawasaki Triple that I can tinker with and enjoy on short rides and shows. I am not in dire need to sell, but I would be happy to make a deal with a legitimate offer. Asking $5900, which is a bit cheaper than these normally go for at this mileage and all the accessories and important maintenance done, but that also factors in the flaws on the pipes (photographed). I would strongly prefer that you see the bike in person before buying, but if you're far away and looking to coordinate shipping, I can provide a full video walk-around with the bike running to help ensure it's everything you're expecting before purchase. Service history: 10k service was done a bit early at 8,261 miles with full valve adjustment and a new clutch due to early model issues. At this time, the valve cover gasket was replaced along with flushed brake fluid, oil change, etc. Have all documents. When I bought the bike, I changed the oil again along with the final drive fluid at an official Triumph dealer. These bikes run a "dry sump" and have a remarkable 10,000 mile oil change interval with synthetic oil. All new brake pads 300mi ago Just passed NH safety inspection Accessories: OEM exhaust appears to have been de-catted, and sounds excellent Upgraded rear shocks "Long Haul" seat with rider and pillion backrests Rivco bar risers Triumph fuel gauge OEM Triumph Windshield with mounts Dresser/crash bars Hardwired GPS unit Battery tender lead Travel bag which can strap to either backrest Triumph touchup paint/clearcoat, disc brake lock
