I am not rich and wanted to keep car but life happened and we have allot bills to pay so my toy has got to go. This is a listing for A 2005 Lotus Elise 1.8L L4 DOHC 16V with 42030 miles Bidding is starting at $17000 have buy it now at $25000 I don't have a reserve so once bidding starts buy it now option goes away so please read listing completely and ask questions before bidding thank you. I purchased this car from Prestige Auto Brokers out of Texas about a year ago and had some crash damage in front of the car the damage was mainly to the front clam crash structure windshield was also cracked, and the upper strut mount on the passenger side was broken as well all these parts were replaced and many more the frame was checked to make sure it was true and straight and was on good shape secondary oil cooler was added it originally only had one, the front clam was replaced to a Exige race style mainly be cause I think it looks better than original, you can tell only by closely looking at the hinge covers on the sides were the lines don't quite match turn signals were replaced with lights in front located my were fog light were suppose to be, lights switch from clear to amber when blinking and adds more forward light at night for better vision, fuel, oil, air filters were changed as well as coolant all done to original recommended specs. car will also include hard top as well as the soft top both in good shape. I accidently scratched the front clam while putting it back on covered it up with touch up paint there is olso some spider cracks and small scratches on original paint but that should be expected with a fiberglass car body that is 12 years old I was planning to do a full paint job later. im including pictures of scratch and how the car looked when I purchased the car in the last 4 pictures car runs straight and runs fast and sounds great if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, I can also provide a full list of all parts that were replaced if you need it. if you use buy it now I can include some extra parts I didn't use if you want them including an extra head light a turn signal the original damaged clam and a few others. car does have a Ohio re-built salvage title all inspections have been done so if you live in Ohio you should be able to get tags and drive it right away if you are out of state please check your state laws for what you have to do Shipping and transportation is all up to the buyer so please make proper arrangements before you bid car and title will be released to buyer or shipper once payment is clear payments can be done only by certified check or money order I can do paypall but I will charge the additional paypal 3% fees to you so please keep that in mind shipping or transport is still up the the buyer. A $500 deposit is required after auction ends within 48 hours the parts that were added or replaced were the front clam like I said its actually an Exige racing clam it doesn't have the regular turn signals like the standard the front crash structure was replaced the head lights are used ones from Greg's racing parts the service covers are new carbon fiber for Exige hood the turn signals in front also serve as extra fog lights and change from amber to white when blinking there is a piece that holds the upper part of strut against car body this piece was also replaced second oil cooler was added it originally only had one on the driver side the radio was changed for Soundstream VR-345B a very nice video stereo I was planning on adding rear camera and kicker speakers all around extra sound proofing was added under seats and behind across fire wall to help with engine and road noise similar to Dinamat but lighter. I also have carbon fiber side scoops I haven't installed and a spoiler but spoiler was meant for Exige so it would have to be fixed to fit or get a Exige rear , I also have a radium rear clam kit to make it easy to remove clam I was going to do this when I did turbo but haven't done yet ,I still have the original speakers and radio if you want them they are all Blaupunkt but they were rattling that's they got changed.
