Vehicle Detail
1966 Honda CB77 Superhawk Original Low Miles Engine Number: CB77E-1033901 Frame Number: CB771033827 This is a very original 1966 Honda CB77 305cc Superhawk. It is a California bike with original Black 1966 license plate currently registered with DMV in CA. I bought this bike 21 years ago from the original owner with 11,113 miles on it. I have several vintage motorcycles and only put 2,000 miles on this one since purchasing it. Auction includes the rare original tool kit and original owner's manual. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE For early 1960s-1970s Honda motorcycles, frame and engine numbers very rarely match exactly. The numbers were usually close but not the same to each other up to a few hundred numbers apart. The frames and engines did not go through the assembly line together and were assembled separately. The engine and frame numbers of this motorcycle is within 64 units of each other and would be considered matching numbers for a vintage Honda. This bike also has the optional CYB accessory side kickstand along with the standard center stand. This motorcycle now has 13,434 original miles. It has its original plastic Honda gas tank badges. The engine starts easy and runs very strong with no smoke. Electrical charging system and electric starter work great. The original combined speedometer and tachometer unit is a bit faded but both are in working condition. Bike is currently registered and is ready to ride as is. This motorcycle is a 51 year old bike in original unrestored condition with original paint and patina. There are scratches and some wear throughout The overall condition of the bike for being 51 years old is very good, but it is not a restored show bike. It is a really nice non-abused surviving classic that is ready to ride and show for many more years to come. Please ask if you have any questions prior to bidding, I will be happy to answer any questions about this motorcycle. Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. I am happy to meet you for pick up or I am willing to be available to meet a door to door shipper. I can also bring the bike to a Forward Air terminal near San Francisco for a $75 additional fee or I will deliver the bike within 200 miles of San Francisco, CA for $150. Please, only bid if you are serious. Bidders with bad payment history will be rejected. A deposit of $300 must be made within 3 days of the end of auction. Remaining balance must be paid within 5 business days of auction end with funds cleared before pick up. Payment by cash, wire transfer, personal check (after clears) or cashier’s check. Paypal o.k. on the deposit, but not on the balance. This is an antique motorcycle and is sold "as is." Motorcycle is for sale locally, and I reserve the right to end the auction early if no bids are placed. Please look at pictures carefully and ask any questions you might have. All sales are final. Thanks and good luck.
