This 1970 Lincoln Mark III finished in the Olive Stardust Metallic paint and Light Gold leather interior have seen just 49221 miles since new. A photo of the cover letter of an appraisal done in July of 2011 has been included, the mileage at the time was 49,716. The current mileage is 49,921 - 205 miles (There is a large folder with the maintenance records that support the mileage). These 205 were put on the car after it was removed from storage, all fluids flushed, gas tank removed and cleaned, carburetor rebuilt and engine tuned. It runs out spectacularly at any speed. The front window switches and motors were refurbished as well and work great, the rear windows work intermittently - we leave them closed. The car still has the original exhaust system which is intact and in good condition. The tires and wheels that are shown on the car will not be on the car when it is sold - THE WHEELS ON THE CAR ARE NOT PART OF THE SALE. The Michelins that the car came with will be installed with the original hubcaps as well, these tires appear to be in good condition but due to the age we did not want to risk driving on them. These wheels shown are basically loaners from a Galaxie I have that is currently in being painted. All options work well, there are some blemishes in the paint and other issues which can be seen in the photos; cracked windshield, light scrape on right front fender between bumper and wheel opening, a couple of door dings on either side (light), the paint on the trunk is dull and cracking in some areas but doesn't really take away from the overall impression of the car. The vinyl top and interior of this Mark III are the some of the best original that I have seen. The car can be inspected and driven prior to the sale in Englewood, CO. There is a $500 deposit due within 24 hours full payment due within 7 days. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, we will assist by being available for pickup in Englewood, CO. Once again, the car will be leaving on the steel wheels, Michelin tires, with the original hubcaps in the trunk - that is it - not the wheels and tires pictured.
