Having left the Stuttgart production line in August of 1991 this Mercedes-Benz was invoiced to Downtown L.A. Motors in Los Angeles where it sold new to its first owner on October 15, 1991 and then moved to Palm Springs where the car has resided with its two owners since new. Always serviced and maintained by the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Palm Springs this outstanding well documented 300E has lived a very well cared life in a dry climate from day one and has covered a mere 76,090 miles from new. Aside from a paint touch up on the rear quarter, this 300E wears all original paint and shows remarkably well with a very nice luster and depth. The trim and glass are all original with the original Mercedes-Benz signature sticker still on the windshield .The interior is all original top to bottom and in outstanding condition. Aside from a couple small hairline cracks in the wood finish and a couple markings on the driver and passenger foot well carpets, the interior is immaculate and shows minimal wear. The engine has been properly maintained since day one and has seen only Mercedes-Benz technicians. The car runs and drives beautifully, and has just been serviced and a new fuel pump and injectors have been done. All of the electronics are operating as designed including all of the windows, locks, seats sunroof and mirrors. The AC has been sorted and is ice cold and the heater is working as it should. The original radio is intermittent and the antenna functions as it should. The car does not smoke or leak fluids. Newer tires have been put on the car about 4-5K miles ago. There is absolutely no rust of any kind of the car and does not have any body damage. Accompanied with the sale of this 300E are the original owner handbooks with original dealer servicing stampings and records along with original Mercedes-Benz keys and the original leather key pouch. The original window sticker, spare, jack and tool roll are also present and a clean and clear title and Carfax.
