VW Eurovan Westfalia Weekender time to go camping 2002 2.8L 6cyl Combined MPG 16 16 Transmission 4-speed automatic This Eurovan has only 25900 original miles, The engine runs great and the transmission shifts smoothly as expected with such a low mileage Weekender. It has recently had new tires front brakes rotors oil change it also has privacy window tint new Spark plugs new battery These do not come up for sale often and forget finding one with this low mileage please see the picture for the print out verifying the mileage from the State. The good This is the best camper that VW ever made the most desirable and reliable with the most power only 25900 miles just been serviced new brakes new oil change new spark plugs runs drives great new tires no leaks Weekender version lot more room than the one with the fridge and cooker, you can also remove the seats if you want to give more room never been used to tow anything Looks great upholstery is not worn or torn new auxiliary battery under passenger seat this is used for the fridge that was optional extra no fridge included The not so good It has a salvage title it was hit in the front right door and fender and hood it has been replaced not by me but by the previous owner, it does however ride straight down the road with no issues at all no shimmying no shaking in fact it passed the California brake and safety inspection in California when a vehicle has been put back on the road it has to pass a brake and safety inspection where all the brakes are tested and the safety and road worthiness of the vehicle tested which it passed easily. It is currently registered till November 2017 if it did not have the salvage title i would be worth $40,000 to $50,000 with these miles. Couple of scratches and dings please see the pictures right door has a window post slightly different color paint i think a window was replaced with the post. see picture the power mirrors are not working for some reason speakers do not sound to good The top has 2 tiny dime sized holes where it was pinched from closing the top no remote, the key opens and locks all the doors at once electrically. slider on door needs new bushing other than these few things it is a a great running and driving van and should give you many many years of trouble free fun So if you are serious and looking for a great VW camper then feel free to call me for more details your welcome to come and inspect it in fact i would prefer you did i am also available to have any mechanic come to my house and inspect it.
