1979 RM 250 Project Bike Turns over has spark, I started it once when first purchased.Goes through the gears fine. Bill of sale only will be provided. Features: New front Excel rim and tire, new rear tire,new fenders and side panels. New seat cover. Cons: fuel tank leaks from hairline crack(can be repaired), clutch cover has been repaired.Rear shocks have no dampening need replaced or rebuilt, not sure if these stock shocks can be rebuilt.. Forks appear to be from Yamaha YZ 250.Handlebars appear too small, like 80cc bars, but someone might like them.. Otherwise bike is mostly all there and un-molested....New Parts alone worth over $500.00... finish minimal details and go ride..Would make a great racer in the Post Vintage Class. I can deliver within 100 miles of Temecula, Ca. Or if other arrangements are made with Buyer , I can be flexible.. I have too many projects going on and need to clean house a little Buyer would be responsible for any shipping arrangements made, although I can deliver to a pick up point here locally.
