Hello I have a 1970 chevelle SS. It's a real SS, it does have numbers matching motor the transmission and 12 bolt rear. It's a project and has alot of potential, I have acquired alot of parts to start putting the car back together but it will still need more. It will need quarter and trunk pan. Fenders can be patched and floors are good. Motor is a 396, I don't have the built sheet but if you Google the VIN you will find out the car was built in Canada and they put the letter Z in all the SS VIN numbers. The original head are there one has damage, I was told it can be repaired but I'm sending an extra set with the car so it will be your choice. The internals to motor are missing originals. Owner started to restore the car but has passed away now, and those pieces went missing. I took pictures of everything going with the car, the car has NY transferable registration.
